Representative Vezey placed a call of the House.                               
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.                                                        
                                                                               
Representative Robinson moved and asked unanimous consent that she             
be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.               
Objection was heard, and Representative Robinson was required to               
vote.
